Dressage
Dressage showcases the connection a horse and rider has on the flat. Dressage shows consist of members riding a "test" individually to demonstrate the horses movement. The purpose of dressage is to train a horse to best carry a rider in a way that maintains the health, happiness, and longevity of the horse. This is done through progressive and thoughtful training up the levels.
Often dressage is referred to as ballet for horses. In dressage there are opportunities to perform to music individually through musical freestyles or as a group through Pas De Deux (2 riders) or Quadrille (4 riders).

Show Jumping
Show jumping is an exciting demonstration of riding over fences in an arena. Usually the fences are set up using jump standards and poles. Riders must have good control over their horses to help them navigate through the course without knocking down any rails or going past the allotted time.
Eventing
Eventing is the classic pony club track. A 3-day event involves dressage, show jumping, and cross-country. Cross country is jumping over more solid and natural obstacles in the open outside of an arena. Obstacles and jumps may be over ditches, in water, up/down hills and is quite fast paced. A brave attitude is required from both horse and rider.
Quiz
Quiz provides a fun way to demonstrate all that you know about horses and horse management while unmounted. There are multiple phases including a written test (the test is based on your current horse management level), classroom (where you answer oral questions about horse management and pony club - with the right strategy your team can really rack up the points), stations (teamwork is key as you rotate through each station to sort, classify, and solve puzzles), mega-room (identifying all things horse related), and barn (where you get to demonstrate your horse management skills).
Mounted Games
Mounted games is a relay-race team competition involving obstacles, balance, vaulting, hand-offs, and lots of fun.
Tetrathlon
Tetrathlon involves riding, running, swimming, and shooting. These athletes are very well rounded.
